How do people know that a Wikipedia page has been edited?

That happened to me a lot of times especially with the Flo Rida's R.O.O.T.S. article back in September 2008. Change your IP Address and create an account related to the article like "50CentFan247". They won't bother again. Remember that anybody can edit wikipedia, so it isn't that reliable.
