How old are columbian red tail boas when they turn brown?

I bought a boa last month at a show and she is 3 months old...i was just wondering how old they are when they turn brown..I've googled it loads of times and no sites seem to tell you they just say that they are that color lol its kind of annoying but yea..anybody know?
