It's probably in Vietnamese. Just about every word in Vietnamese uses one syllable words, although it probably contains some slang that most Vietnamese internet users would only know. Plus, I've seen some Vietnamese writing and the grammar looks the same. Although with the translation, I can't help you there, I'm not very proficient in my Vietnamese...
