I have a 95 Ram 1500. I replaced the hood with a 99 sport hood. I now need a front bumper, will sport hood fit

I have a 95 dodge ram 1500..I had front end damage...I took the bumper and hood off, just put on a hood from a 99 dodge ram 1500 sport. It fits perfect but I read on some ebay stuff that some grilles and some bumpers dont fit the 99-02 sport models...I worry now because the hood is off of a 99 sport...will a normal bumper for my dodge ram 1500 fit now that I have a hood off of a sport?? I could use some heads up from someone that knows dodges really well or a body person...thanks
