What's the disease called where my girlfriend only poops outside?

I know this is weird but I know there's a name for it. She only will poop outside in the backyard. She always makes excuses like she's tired, or too lazy to climb a flight of stairs. When she pees she goes inside but that's it. When she's feeling silly she puts toothpicks in it and calls it a battleship and chases me around the house with it. She also presents it to me like a gift. thanks. i really want to help her
