Should Hollywood do a live-action version of Dante's Inferno?

I've often thought that some of Dante's clics like The Divine Comedy and Dante's Inferno would make good movies. If they did a movie version of Inferno I would cast Christopher Walken as Dante and Vigo Mortensen as Virgil. Other clics I would like to see on the big screnn are Paradise Lost by John Milton and Faust by Johan Wolfgang Von Goethe.
