Will bate rescind my admission?

I have all APs and got decent grades (As and 1 B) in all of my other cles. Except for One of my APs in which I got a D in the reason is that I missed my midterm due to an injury that landed me in the dentists office and I got a zero on and was unable to make it up. this brought my B down to a D because of its high worth. I got into Bates and I really want to go but do you think that the will kick me out?
