Where can i have my sweet 16 party?

I want to have a sweet 16 party so i need to find a place to have it. It has to be some where pretty cheap but also nice. My mom said i need to plan it and she can do the spending. I dont want it to be too expensive. Any ideas? oh and it should be somewhere in the lehigh valley or monroe county area of Pennsylvania. Please help me!!
