What is a cheap treatment for spots?

i dont use spot cream i use a shampoo called hair remedy drench and repair shampoo i ash my face with it every night and morning then eveerynight i use the nutrogeiner wave it works wonders my skins is perfect u get the shampoo and the wave from wilkonsons il send u pic of wave (btw the shampoo is in a yellowishy bottle with blue riten)
