Signs you will start your period soon?

Well I have had discharge for 5 months now. I have noticed mire moodiness, cramps, and aches. I take good care of my face but I may get 1 or 2 pimples every now and then. My hips have gotten larger and I seem hungrier and thirstier than usual. I am turning twelve next month. Is it coming soon?
