Should I go to the doctor?

ago I haven't had one since I've had people tell me to go to a doctor and others that say it's just that it's irregular.I've also herd something as to like it wasn't my period my hymen or something couldve broke I also know that periods are irregular and I'm not pregnant or have mive weight gain or loss or over exercising. I'm 12. About every week I have the signs that period is coming but it never does.Should I be worried? My mom already knows also.I've had discharge for about 3 and a half years too Abrams my signs were back pains headaches stomach pains also
