A question for gays, straights, bis...all kinds of folks....?

Okay, this might seem a little weird, but have you noticed differing feelings when just touching/holding the hand of someone of the same or opposite ? I'm straight, and, for some reason, the feel of ANY male hand (even when just shaking hands or holding hands in church, etc.) has a profoundly "warm," almost "fits-like-a-puzzle" feel that any female hand does not have. I could probably identify the "gender" of a hand just by touching it and not seeing the person; is there an evolutionary or biological reason for this?? Also, if you're straight, do you notice this "preference" for hands of the opposite ?? If you're gay or , do you feel a better "fit" in the texture of a hand of the same gender? If you're bi, is there a difference?
