im a tampa fan so i look at tampa first. i think tampa does need to replace kevin carter but i do not think it is a first round pick priority. look for tampa to go with a wide receiver or a cornerbackk. Ronde Barber is getting old and they lost brian kelly. at wr their only threat is joey galloway and he is getting old.
