HOW CAN I GET BETTER MARKS?

i am studying as hard as i can but i still cant get that good of a mark i always get a c or an b i barley get an a how can i study and be organised in studying (p.s:i study geometry english grammar vocab speeling anthology writing algebra science french arabic and social studies) oh and im an 81h grader
