Helppp: PhD in clinical psychology?

I graduated from UCLA with a BA in psych (gpa 3.0). Currently, I attend Columbia University School of Social Work (gpa 3.9) and will graduate next year with an MSW in clinical social work: emphasis on health, mental health and disabilities. My general GRE score is 1080 (i know it's low, but English is my third language since I was 16 when I came to US). I am going to take the Psych GRE in october. I am involved in three research projects at Columbia that started in May. I also volunteer in a hospital for ually aulted victims. I have a lot of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Last year, I worked with domestic violence victims who have disabilities. Do you think I have any chances in getting into a good PhD clinical psych program??? thank you
