Fish acting insane?

My auratus is acting nuts. It swims around at the surface and then will just hover like right at the surface line. Its almost as if it wants out of the water. And then it will start swimmin like crazy all over the tank and then settle in one spot and like its body wont be horizontal, it will be vertical and it sits there for a bit and the whole process will repeat, it also breathes hard and its fins are always moving really fast....what is going on??
